2.5 hours of 1:1 Guided Intuitive Expression and bring home your piece of ART
Service Description
A 2.5hr guided intuitive paint workshop to express and create from a place beyond the mind. A way to create even if you do not believe yourself to be a creator, artist or painter. This is about having some fun, while healing and enjoying the process. Feel into your fullest available expression and witness it on canvas. I will guide you through some mindfulness and meditation, through cues, brushstroke play and a curated playlist to vibe to or express from. Storytelling, remembering your creative energy, your inner imaginative childlike self are all cultivated into this unique experience. Therapeutic for those that feel stuck or uncreative. Or those that feel they have lost or forgotten themselves. This session helps you remember how to play and be at peace to explore your inner expressive nature and to take it home with you! You will not only take what you have learned about yourself, your creativity and a tool for the future, you will also take home your piece!
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule your session or appointment you must give 24 hours notice in advance from the start time of your appointment. Failure to do so will result in your appointment being cancelled without a refund. Thank you for understanding.
