Order Fulfillment and Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after purchase. Please allow an additional 3-10 business days for your item to be shipped and delivered. We take great care in packaging and shipping your artwork to ensure it arrives safely and securely.

Shipping Rates
We offer flat-rate shipping for both domestic and international orders, ensuring that you get the best value for your purchase.
Shipping is handled through Stallion Express, a third-party logistics company that helps us find the most competitive rates and reliable delivery services.
Canada-Wide Shipping: $20 flat rate (regardless of location)
Worldwide Shipping: $35 flat rate (to all international destinations)

Depending on your location, your order may be shipped via Canada Post, UPS, or other reliable carriers. Stallion Express works to find the best shipping rates and services available, so you can enjoy competitive pricing and reliable delivery.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment. Please note that tracking may take up to 24 hours to appear in the system after the shipment is processed.

Customs and Duties (For International Orders)
For international orders, please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the shipping fees.

Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We cannot be held responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information. If you realize there is an error with your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at solsticereiki@gmail.ca to correct it before your order ships.

Lost or Damaged Items
We take every precaution to ensure your artwork is carefully packaged and protected during shipping. However, in the rare event that your item arrives damaged or lost, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.
We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

Return and Refund Policy
As mentioned on our Policies page, all art sales are final, and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an item has been shipped.
